Supplies and tools
- main fabric – quilting cotton, wool, woolen tweed, or cotton knit fabric
- lining fabric – flannel, fleece, minky or sherpa
- matching thread
- scissors (or rotary cutter and a cutting mat)
- ruler or measuring tape
- iron and ironing board
- sewing clips or pins
- 2 cm ( 3/4″) button (you can use a larger button, up to 3.2cm( 1 1/4″), just make sure to adjust the buttonhole accordingly)
