Chandelier diamond quilt PDF pattern
Pattern uses 2 charm packs but you can use substitute most anything in your stash if you don’t have charm packs. Use a Layer Cake (precut 10″ squares), a Jolly Bar (5″ x 10″ rectangles), fat quarters, scraps, etc.
Grab a charm pack and snip some of them into smaller squares, then follow the instructions in this pattern to sew a lovely quilt that has a clean white background, an extremely thin border, and columns of diamonds that alternate between one big and two small diamonds.
Red and Green Yuletide Quilt Pattern
Finished size: 57 x 68” (throw quilt)
This quilt uses 50, 8-inch finished quilt blocks.
Pattern uses 10 fat quarters: 5 different shades of red prints and 5 different shades of green fabrics.
Green and red together evoke merry and peaceful feelings, and so does the quilt we have here that features a plain white background with nine columns of diamonds in two sizes and different shades of green and red, arranged so that two small diamonds above and below the big ones match it in color.
Chandelier dark quilt (free pdf pattern)
Finished quilt size 70 ¾ inches × 88 ⅞ inches
High contrast makes the colors more vibrant, and this quilt uses that to its advantage with its black background and nine columns of diamonds in two sizes, five of them in bright blue, yellow, red, and green colors, and the four shorter columns set between those five in darker, patterned colors.

Here’s a big quilt that will brighten up the mood of the room you place it in, thanks to the bright white background with a baby-blue border and eleven columns that alternate in heights and have diamonds in two sizes that go through the pastel and slightly darker versions of the colors of the rainbow.
